SaVendor and Exhibitor Instructions
The location is the Farmers Institute, 351 Rainbow Road, Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 2M4
If you are bringing heavy equipment, please try to set it up on Friday morning between 9 am and 11 am. It can be removed after 2 pm, Sunday. For all others, you can set up anytime on Friday and should occupy your booth till 2pm, Sunday afternoon. However, if you need to leave early catch a ferry, so be it.
Friday is an open day. The gate hours are listed below. Feel free to check out the photography, posters and network with your fellow vendors and exhibitors. Many of our off-island guests will travel on ferries and arrive on the grounds between 2 and 4 in the afternoon.
Saturday will be the busiest day with most presentations. Our guests from the other Southern Gulf Island will arrive in the late morning
Sunday should be a bit more relaxed and easy going.
If the weather is poor, we will make last-minute adjustments to make use of the exhibition hall. Please bear with us it it could be challenging. Certain items (like the 1912 Detroit) will take priority.
We are making an effort to have only electric vehicles on the grounds for the weekend. If you have to drop off things from a non-electric, please move it off-site when you are done. There is ample street parking available nearby.
